Womens Bootcamp 101
From Instructor Hayley Espelund:
"This womens 101 Bootcamp fitness class will take women through specific phases of training and implements several useful training techniques to develop individual max fitness ability, debunk fitness myths, encourage accountability among participants for exercise and healthy eating habits, and just have some fun while you work out!"

Hayley lives in Gearhart, is a ceramic artist and an athlete. Her training experience began with a personal love for fitness and seemed to 'overflow' in many opportunities to help friends and family with race training, weight loss, or just fitness ideas. About 6 years ago she started coaching for a local high school for track and cross country. At that point Hayley saw the need for a deeper knowledge of training methods, healthy eating choices, injury prevention and general fitness.This need led her to get a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
